Like with everything else in your life, eating is very important. If you eat properly, it allows you to get energy from all of the vitamins and nutrients. Obviously this is a good thing if you are exercising regularly. You are giving your body a reason to love you. Here are some good eating tips to help you through your yoga practice.

The great thing about yoga is the freedom that comes with its practice. You can practice in the morning, afternoon, or at night. You don’t even have to do a full routine.
